Liz has been working with children since she was 16 years old, she has always known it was her passion and calling. She started out at a home daycare, and went on to be a preschool and prekindergarten teacher for 4 years. Liz decided that she would like to be able to help teachers and families on their children's adventure through early childhood years, and became an Assistant Director for another KinderCare in Rockford. She recently has joined the North Ridge KinderCare team to continue to lead teachers and families in enriching the children in their care.
